My name is Benita, I have been an RMT for 18 years, I have been working with Serenity Birth Studio since Jan 2017 after taking a Mat Leave with my 3rd baby.  I specialize in pregnancy, postpartum and infant/toddler massage care.  (You do not have to be pregnant or postpartum to come here for a massage though!)

Massage appointments are offered at 45, 60, 75, and 90 minute options. 
60, 75 or 90 minutes are preferrable for a first time appointment.

Infants and toddler appointments I ask for 45 minutes for a first appointment. Then only 30 minutes is needed for subsequent appointments.  

Receipts are emailed after payment has been made that you can submit to your extended health care benefits for reimbursement.  Direct Billing is available for some companies.  Please reach out to discuss this prior to your appointment.
